Treatment Sessions and Making Appointments
TREATMENTS:
Our treatments are by appointment only, scheduled every 45 minutes. Each treatment usually lasts 30 to 40 minutes. If you have more than one condition that needs treatment, please inform us when you make your appointment so that we can schedule more time if necessary, to insure that you receive the best treatment possible.
Our operating times are as follows:
Mondays: 08h30 – 17h30
Tuesdays: 08h30 – 15h00
Wednesdays: 08h30 – 17h30
Thursdays: 08h30 – 17h30
Fridays: 08h30 – 15h00
First Saturday of every month: 08h30 – 11h00
Although masks are no longer necessary, if you are feeling unwell please wear one or reschedule your appointment. You are welcome to bring your own towel.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Our cancellation policy is strictly 2 hours prior to the commencement of your appointment. If you fail to cancel within this time, or if you do not arrive for your scheduled appointment, you will be billed accordingly. If you are late for your appointment, your treatment time will be adjusted accordingly so that the next patient is not negatively affected.
BILLING POLICY:
We charge medical aid rates and submit directly for those medical aids listed with EDI. If your medical aid does not cover your bill, you will be responsible for the outstanding account. Our private rates are in line with medical aid rates. Private patients are requested to settle their bill promptly after a course of treatment. We accept cash, credit card and EFT payments.
